I purchased a Gardenique product on an auction site. Is it covered under your limited warranty?
Our limited warranty covers the product from original date of purchase as evidenced by the original purchase receipt of the item in new condition. This means that if you buy a Gardenique product at an auction sale, you should insist on getting the original purchase receipt with the item (if the item is used or purchased from a private party); Gardenique's limited warranty will cover the remaining warranty period.
